A good combo of the right foods that will help you burn fat faster(and arent gross tasting) and a good exercise routine, that wont be boring and feel like it takes forever to do. I followed the advice from the following site and lost a good amount of weight. I liked it because i could do it at home and it didnt take me forever to do( I get bored easy and have a very busy life) My wife actually find it and did it before i tried it, and she looks really good now too.

It means Sun Protection Factor.

The number represents how much longer you theoretically can stay in the sun without being burned than if you had no SPF on.

Like if you have no cream on and burn in 5 mins, if you wear sun Protection Factor 20 you would be able to stay in the sun for 100 mins.

I have used no-ad deep tanning oil over spf 8 and spf 4 but I limit my time to an hour in the sun unless your really tanned then maybe 2 hrs. of sun but it depends on your skin type, geographic location and what time of the day you plan on being in the sun.

That day is soon to arrive if measures to significantly reduce social spending are not implemented.. and be made permanent. Once eliminated, they are never to return. And I really hear your voice in the clip provided, but in your other videos, your singing ability is more clear. not an here, but the potential in your voice is obvious. Your voice still needs a lot of improvement, but going to be amazing after some training. I suggest that you take some private singing lessons before you try to audition.

But, your attitude and fashion sense is probably a more factor. 6. This is only my opinion but if you are dreaming to become a kpop idol because you want the fame then: quit dreaming. Too many people these days are trying to get into the industry just for the fame and the chance of getting their name in the papers or to see their favorite idols. BUT if you are trying to get in because of your passion in kpop music then i urge you continue toward your dream. your morals are much better than the majority of people out there.
7. training life will differ depending how much your company likes you and which company you choose. according to Jaejoong from DBSK, training life is hell. He was barely able to afford meals and training made him really tired. not to mention that he able to sleep often. And he the only trainee to feel this way. Most trainees quit since life is very tiresome and is almost never merciful. One trainee quoted that she cried herself to sleep almost every night since her life is too hard for her to handle. And if you choose to continue school, you might possibly be bullied. Sohyun from 4minute was bullied as a child idol and had to quit for a number of years since she take the treatment. And Taemin from SHINee was bullied through most of highschool. I know that last two examples were idol life and not trainee life but you have to know what you might be getting yourself into. And most companies have multiple audition stages and in JYP, even the really good audition-ers are cut. So in order to boost your chances in getting in, be polite and make sure you make the judges interested.
8. Like i said before, the more languages you know, the better. and since you know english, your chances are boosted. If you had noticed, in kpop songs an english word is almost always mentioned. this is because the industry is trying to americanize themselves. so yeah, three languages is great! but work on your korean, if you are going to go into the KOREAN music industry, you better be decent in their language.
9. yes, you have the choice of continuing your school life if you ever become a trainee. (unless you go to a company like JYP who will REQUIRE you to keep going to school) And it is highly recommended that you do. Not many trainees actually debut and school is the best back-up plan. you should also have a back-up plan as well, just in advance.

yes yes yes and YES a srone that size and smaller CAN cause severe pain!!!!! Any "Doctor" that says NO is ill informed and plain cruel and i have and still do RUN when i come across an idiot like the one your hubby has! Please find another asap. And yes r a JOKE as far as treating Renal Colic goes- He needs something from the Oxycodone class of drugs NOT the Hydrocodone class} Allthough i have gotten pretty good relief from Vicondin ES} anyways i have been getting stones for YEARS and almost all of mine were tiny and i have the to prove alone w/ my own hell that the tiny ones are in fact the most painful!!!! Look it up! Another thing, the Renal CT is ONLY as good as the person reading it,,,,,,,,,,I had a Kstone specialist tell me that! I have had MANY and they have NEVER showed my stones! So ur hubby is lucky they showed any at all ever.{I get stones w/ very little calcium to none in them and they dont show up on conventional xray film} So dont believe me until i take one to their office with me in my purse which i have done for testing etc It is essential that u get one tested to find out its chemical makeup and to find a Dr that knows their stuff b/c until u find the underlying cause he will get them again and again.I found a world wide known specialist in PREVENTION and i cant get to him but he answered my email! I blame you for being angry. If it were me, I sued that school and the teacher also. I think you do have a case against her but right now, the most thing is to collect as much evidence as you can. And also, another thing for you to think about is that maybe the school punish the teacher enough because of insufficient evidence. All they know is that a couple of students that teacher but the school have any hard evidence against the teacher, like a video recording of that teacher assaulting the student. That could be one reason why the school fire her for good, though. So I think right now, you need to think about how to collect enough evidence so you can prosecute.
